Police are appealing for information after a sneak thief targeted an address in Arbroath.
The sneak-in theft took place in Seafield Road, sometime between 11.30 p.m. on Friday, February 20, and 7.30 a.m., Saturday, February 21.
Thieves made off with a purse and a 7” tablet, along with medication, namely Amitriptyline.
In appealing for information to assist enquiries Tayside Division would also warn of the dangers of consuming medication that belongs to another person.
Clearly any medication can be dangerous if taken by someone other than the person it is prescribed to and if taken in unprescribed quantities.
Anyone who has any information that could lead to the recovery of these drugs should contact Tayside Division on 101.
