Police probe park incident

Police are appealing for witnesses after a suspicious incident in Arbroath on Thursday (September 5).

At around 4.15 p.m., a male jogger in Victoria Park had his attention drawn to a dark orange coloured Nissan Qashqai or Juke style car, which was parked on the pavement.

The male driver, who was alone in the vehicle appeared to be carrying out a sexual act.

The driver is described as a white male aged in his late 40s to early 50s, heavy build, balding with grey hair and a grey goatee beard and he was wearing silver rimmed glasses and jeans.

Officers of Police Scotland are keen to speak to any witnesses who may be able to provide more information as to the identity of the driver, or the vehicle itself.
