An increasingly popular Arbroath craft fayre is taking on a Christmas theme this weekend with Christmas gifts and entertainment galore.
On Sunday the Christmas Bizarre Beach Bazaar will see more than 40 stallholders set up shop in the Arbroath Community Centre from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and for the children there will even be a visit from Santa!
In addition to the wide range of craft styles, gifts and art on offer visitors will be entertained by The Limelight Carol Singers as well as music from local performers Taz Glass, Cheryl Brown and Glen Bullivent.
There will also be a Christmas tearoom serving hot drinks and spiced cakes and fortune tellers and face painters to complete the carnival atmosphere.
Organisers Karen Hurst and Jill Henderson have encouraged all the stallholders to get into the festive spirit with Christmas decorations and fancy dress.
Jill said: “We noted that Arbroath didn’t have the traditional Christmas light switching on evening this year in the town and hope that this month’s Bizarre Beach Bazaar goes some way to offering the people of Arbroath a really lovely family day out to celebrate the coming of Christmas!”
