An Arbroath-based customer service firm has been successful in securing the contract renewal of one of its biggest clients.
Journeycall will be handling the contact centre operations, for a further year, for the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC).
ATOC is a flagship account for Journeycall who have worked with them since 2012 providing a range of customer services over the telephone and online, as well as the purchase of Railcards.
Managing Director of Journeycall, Theresa Wishart, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be working with ATOC for another year.
“We have had a great year and we know that our achievements have provided reassurance to ATOC that we are a trusted partner that will continue to deliver excellent customer service.
“We will continue to innovate and offer an even better service to ATOC and its National Railcard customers over the next year.”
It has been a successful year for the Kirkton Industrial Estate-based contact centre which has earned a number of industry accolades and has now expanded to employ more than 320 staff.
