ANGUS Council is running a Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland course on food hygiene for local business and those seeking employment in the catering industry.

The course takes place on Monday, October 17, in Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar, at a cost of £34 per person. Participants will be given information on food management, reducing the risk of food poisoning, and assisting in securing a pass award from food hygiene inspectors.
