A man who died following an accident last week on the A92 has been identified as a Broughty Ferry pensioner.

Police Scotland can confirm that a man who died following a fatal road traffic collision on the A92 Arbroath to Montrose road on Friday, February 19, has been formally identified as 79-year-old George McAllister from Broughty Ferry.

As with all sudden deaths a report will submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
