Stuffed, crispy or Italian - the choice will soon be yours as international takeaway Domino’s Pizza has confirmed a much anticipated store in Arbroath.
The fast food franchise is set to create 25 full and part-time jobs in Arbroath when it opens in April.
Located at 5 Condor Drive, Domino’s will come as a welcome employment boost to the area and is actively recruiting for a range of roles including pizza makers, customer service staff and delivery drivers.
Henry Dawes, franchisee said: “We’re really looking forward to opening our doors and delivering freshly made, piping hot pizza to all of the pizza lovers of Arbroath.
“We are keen to hear from applicants in the local area who can deliver exceptional customer service, and demonstrate integrity, honesty and reliability, as well as having a real passion for freshly made pizza.”
The iconic Domino’s branding was approved by Angus Council on Wednesday and the illuminated signage is due to go up promptly.
Director of Carswell Properties Ltd, John Carswell, who developed the site, said: “This is great for Arbroath. In particular, investment from national companies is a great boost for the local area. It was a derelict site, an eyesore and we brought in local tradesmen to clean it up and now can offer much needed jobs for young people.”
