ARBROATH youngster Abbie Osborne (10), St Andrew’s Crescent, suffers from Cystic Fibrosis.
As part of her treatment she has received equipment through the Cystic Fibrosis Fund which included a trampoline and bike. She decided as a thank you she would like to raise money for the fund to allow other children the same benefits.
With the help of her aunt, Donna Robb, she organised a sponsored bike run involving family and friends from Arbroath to Auchmithie and back. They also held a cake and candy stall at one of the car boot sales, helped by a friend Lauren McGonagal.
The end result was a cheque for Cystic Fibrosis for £325.45 which was handed over on Monday evening to the charity.
