A RELAY event which will see runners complete a marathon across the length of Britain will be sprinting into Arbroath tonight (Wednesday).
Relay GB is a challenge that will see runners cover 3,100 miles while raising £500,000 for Brain Tumour UK.
Running the Arbroath to St Andrews leg of the event this evening will be a team comprising of Jim Paterson, Grant Miller and Richard Cockbain.
And they will be joined by Olympic and Commonwealth medallist Liz McColgan, with the race set to begin in the Asda/McDonalds car park around 5 p.m.
The event began in London on May 4 and has travelled up the country before heading back down to London in time for the finish on Monday.
