THE Mountains Animal Sanctuary is preparing for one of it’s biggest events yet.
On Saturday, August 5, the charity will host an anniversary extravaganza to celebrate 30 years of helping needy horses, ponies and donkeys.
‘Riders of the Storm’, a stunt riding troupe who have featured on Landward, will do two shows on the day to delight the audience.
There will also be a thrilling birds of prey show courtesy of Raptor World.
Parkside Vets will be on hand with their expertise as they provide a fascinating talk.
There will also be a whole host of trade stands, artists and craft demonstrations, bouncy castles and much more to keep the whole family entertained.
The day will last from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with tickets costing £5 for adults and £2.50 for children. Family tickets are also available at a cost of £12.
