ARBROATH'S West Port Bar, which has been closed for some time, has been sold to Kayenne Leisure Ltd, Montrose, for an undisclosed sum.
It was on the market for offers over £110,000, plus VAT.
Completion of the sale was intimated on Wednesday by the Edinburgh office of specialist licensed trade property agents, Christie + Co.
The bar, which is situated next to the railway station had been one of the busiest bars in the town.
