NEW RESIDENT AT ARBROATH CLIFF HOUSE

A 'GORILLA' has taken up residence in the cave dwelling discovered at Arbroath cliffs last week.
The housing market may have hit 'rock bottom' nationally, but it appears to be doing well locally with an unusual home attracting an unusual customer.

A 'For Sale' sign appeared at the cave earlier this week.

And internet video upload site You Tube features a video of a joker dressed in a gorilla suit proudly waving the sign which now has a 'Sold' sticker on it.
