ABBEY VISIT FOR BEAVERS

1st Arbroath Beaver Group (Wednesday), visited Arbroath Abbey as part of their Scottish Challenge Badge.
The youngsters were shown round the Abbot's House and the vaults there which formerly housed the kitchen.

They were amazed at how much of the 12th century structure, now looked after by Historic Scotland, remains.

The youngsters thoroughly enjoyed their visit.
