£7,500 FOR SAVE THE CHILDREN

On Tuesday, a Christmas Fayre and Save the Children fund-raiser was in full swing on the former ice rink at Letham Grange Hotel.
More than half of the rink area was filled with craft stalls selling all things Christmassy.

Our picture shows, from left, the two organisers, Claire Tinsley and Kirsten De Morgan, with the stall holders Jean and Alec Dalglish, their company By Arrangement from Thirsk, Yorkshire.

The marvellous sum of around £7,500 was raised for Save the Children.
