Making community flat safer in 1990

This picture was taken in September, 1995, and shows the presentation of a cheque for �320.49 which was presented to the Macmillan Cancer Relief Fund for the Angus Appeal at Carnoustie's Park Avenue shop. The money was raised by Anita Butchart and Helen Ferrie who walked the West Highland Way. In December, 1990, representatives of the Junior Crime Prevention Panel bought window locks for the Strathairlie Community Flat, Strathmore Avenue.
