LOCAL musicians and vocalists and guest artists at a meeting of Abbey Folk Club in the Windmill Hotel in 1966, the second year of the club's existence.

The club started in the Vaults Bar in 1965, and later moved to Hotel Seaforth and then the Windmill. When the picture was taken it had about 150 members and some eight local singers who took part regularly.
