ORGANISATION is underway for Arbroath Academy PTA's 10K road race and fun runs on June 1.
Sponsorship from Mackie Motors and Seaton Country Club means that all runners will receive a fantastic goody bag.

Organisers are looking for as many runners as possible. Application forms can be obtained from the school on 01241 872978.

All pro
ceeds will go towards equipment for the school.

The fun runs for primary schools are sponsored by Radio Tay Caring for Kids. All will receive a medal and goody bag. Entry for the fun run is on the day.

RACE FOR LIFE: There are 45 participants - pupils, parents, staff and friends - taking part in the Race for Life in Camperdown Park on June 15.

Each participant will take part at their own pace and raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research.



Arbroath Academy seniors are now on study leave and third year monitors have been appointed to carry out their duties for the next month. The monitors are, from left, back row - Daniel Ironside, Jed Craik, Marc Walker, Stacie Yeats, Josh Stewart and Hannah Scorgie: middle row - Blair Teviotdale, Reece Tait, Ryan Ramsay, Jade Milne and Rachel McDonald: front row - Katie Stead, Claire Duncan, Fiona Wilson, Gemma Cartney and Kirsten Murray.
