Diabetes support

LOCAL diabetics can find out more about healthy eating at a session in Springfield Medical Centre on Thursday (November 8).

Organised by the Arbroath Diabetes Forum the session is open to sufferers as well as their families and carers to find out more about the condition.

It takes place in the Health Education Room from 3 to 5 p.m.

Rhona Guild, primary care manager at Angus Community Health Partnership, said: “This afternoon session offers additional information and support to people with diabetes to help improve their lives and manage their condition.DI would encourage people living with diabetes and their families and friends to come along to the free event at Springfield Medical Centre.”
