AT THE end of January, 1987, two Arbroath teenagers who were members of the local unit of the Sea Cadet Corps made the short journey to Brechin Castle where they were presented with Lord Lieutenant’s Citations by the Rt. Hon. The Earl of Dalhousie, GCVO, MC, Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant for Angus.
